This release is almost identical to Bob Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited with the major difference being that Sony Music Entertainment Inc. is credited as the copyright holder on the disc media label of this release (according to the image on file), whereas Sony Music Entertainment is credited on the disc media label of that release. However, Sony Music Entertainment Inc. is credited as the copyright holder on the rear inlay and on page 7 of the booklet of both releases. The disc media labels do not match as ← "360 SOUND" STEREO "360 SOUND" → and the copyright information below it are spaced differently.

Packaging: Standard jewel case with a clear tray and an 8-page booklet. The booklet page numbering begins with 1 on what is actually page 2. There is a yellow sticker affixed to the lid of the jewel case which states in black lettering: 'BOB DYLAN REMASTERED "Highway 61 is one of those albums that, quite simply, changed everything."
