The Klezmer Conservatory Band's second Rounder album presents a wide range of Klezmer music: instrumental and vocal selections, old and new, traditional and innovative. Clarinet virtuoso Don Byron was a member of the KCB; he's featured here on "Der Bosfer" (The Bosphorous). Byron has since gone on to make a considerable mark on the international jazz scene.
