This repress has a LARGE spindle hole. The center ring is white with green type. SLEEVE: Matte textured sleeve. Green ink is slightly darker than most, if not all other versions. The top edge of the sleeve is flat on both the front and back, with the front being higher than the back by 1/8". The back of the sleeve has a barcode and "Printed in Canada" on it.

VINYL: Small center hole. There is a small dent in the deadwax roughly 3/4" before the start of the A side runout.
