Enforcer (instrumental) and Fate Worse Than Death were recorded in rehearsals in 1985. Only Fate Worse Than Death includes overdubs over the rehearsal track. All tracks were newly remastered direct to digital format in december 2008. The DVD comes from a concert recorded by the band in Chicago 2008.
