Every song on the CD is named after an animal disease, and there are characters scattered throughout the cover art that represent each disease/song.

Recorded August through October 1994 (with the exception of "Bumblefoot", recorded May 1993, "Blue Tongue", recorded May 1992 and "Malignant Carbuncle", recorded December 1991).

Originally released in 1995 with two bonus tracks (five additional bonus tracks found on this release are taken from a videogame soundtrack recorded in 1995).
