NOTES

2007 Re-issue with bonus track. The CD comes in a standard jewel case, which in turn comes in a printed cardboard slipcover. The back of the slipcover lists very different information than the back of the jewel case. Since the slipcover more accurately reflects the contents of the CD, and covers the jewel case, it is clearly intended to supersede the jewel case for this release.
