Commercially-released 5-track EP housed in card sleeve. 3 of the tracks appeared as bonus tracks on Side 4 of the double-vinyl LP issue of "The Phosphorescent Blues,” although ironically, not the track "The Wireless,” also on Side 4 of the LP, but not here, despite this EP's title.
