Originally appeared in 2003 as part of the 4 CD box set "Top Hits Of The 50s" which featured one disc for each year from 1956-1959. This disc is the 4th disc from that set that represents 1959 but is sold separately with different artwork. The parenthetical "6849" in the catalog number on the tray card represents number assigned to the version in the box set whereas the "8701" is the updated number for this release.
