The music on Zoetosis was created primarily on the Serge Modular synthesizer. Additional sythesizers included the Oberheim OB-8, Roland Jupiter 4, and custom-built modular. The natural sounds on 'Awakening' and 'First Forest' were recorded on the island of Maui.
