This is a re-release of the LP Volume 2 with the same title. Jazzology have not put "vol 2" on the CD or sleeve. I don't see that they have transferred LP Vol 1 to CD as of time of writing. See https://www.jazzology.com/ for further details.
There is an 8 page fold out booklet behind the front sleeve.
The sleeve notes say the concert took place in mid-January 1973
