Track 2 is wrongly called "There He Goes" on the inlay card instead of, correctly, "There She Goes" inside the booklet.
Track 6 is wrongly credited inverted!
In fact the song is called "Creation", the band is The Image, instead as stated on the release "The Image" by the band "Creation".
Artist of track 13 is miscredited as "Henri Shrifter" on the inlay card, but nearly correct in the booklet as "Henri Schifter" (ANV of Henry Schifter).
