I am that I am is an affirmation that teachers and caregivers can share with children of all ages. The idea behind this statement is that it is perfectly fine to feel and be exactly as you are in a moment on any given day. This book is comprised of affirmations for kids with each one having a connection to a part of nature. Children can relate to the narratives that are associated with each affirmation, as well as nature's essence.
