Working with... Servant Leadership has been written to help you to understand Servant-Leadership and to give you some pointers if you want to give it a try.

It is an attempt to show the overall picture in one place - in a book which can be read quickly. It explains a coherent and consistent set of principles. It is a sort of overview which allows you to assess whether you want to use any, or all, of the techniques of Servant-Leadership.

Although the concept has been around for 50 years or so, it has found it hard to make ground in the finance-, free-market atmosphere of the last few decades.

There are clear signs that this is now changing.
