children's ministry. It is an important and rewarding calling. But it's not always easy. There are frustrations and difficulties. At times you might feel tired and overlooked. You might question if what you do matters. There might come a day when you reach the point of burnout and think about giving up.

But children's ministry is worth it.

Week in and week out you have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with boys and girls. You are doing more than babysitting or just passing out cookies and coloring sheets. You are sharing the Gospel, discipling believers. You are making an eternal difference. You have the BEST. JOB. EVER.
