The years climbed up every ladder to accomplish toward the next job, since I accepted its limits, until I couldn't be persuaded against the career in law enforcement. I was perfectly suited in the State Prison System, but I knew more than its pay. Imprisonment was on both sides of the wall and I jumped in with both feet.
