If we ever needed Jesus it's now. He said, "Come unto me all you that are heavy laden (stressed out), and I will give you rest." Jesus knew about stress, after all, He had the burdens of the entire world on his shoulders. No wonder in Gethsemane he sweated drops of blood. We're told to cast everything on Him for He cares for us. My prayer is this short book will be used to help you do just that--"cast all your cares upon Him," for He can handle it. No one ever suffered more than Jesus.
