Matilda McGruder and her dog, Noodle, love to roam around town on her little red scooter. They see so many people and go to so many places. For the most part, everyone loves watching them. One day Matilda decides to park her scooter and leave her dog, Noodle, so she can go in the candy store. When she leaves the store, she is shocked to find her scooter and dog gone. Who took them?
