The purpose of this meditation booklet is to be a resource and support for our nurses and can be of help to any healthcare worker on this unprecedented journey with a pandemic. This book can be taken with them and be readily available whenever and wherever needed. The intent is to remind our nurses that they are on a special mission and never alone. This booklet also reminds them that there are times they must ask, seek, and knock and do whatever it takes to stay healthy, safe, and vigilant on the journey.

The author focuses on the importance of self-care for nurses, taking care of them mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The topic of the book is very timely during this period of crisis and one that will have a positive impact on those who read it, providing support for them. At the end of the book is a section where readers can write their reflections, which will be something they can look back on in future years and see how the Lord brought them through a time of trial and darkness.
