'Pretty Kitty' is a laugh out loud "tail" that tells a story of a lively dog who doesn't know his actions are quite like that of a cat. Until he discovers this truth along the way. Watch as humbleness and humor intermingle and dance, in this interactive, silly account. It's "purrrrfect".

A great beginner reader or read aloud, this book will delight all ages with its humor and playfulness.

About the Author

Having traveled the world by chicken bus, cloud hopping and barefoot dancing, H.M. Pearl delights in adventurous new experiences. Writing books being one of the most unique and foreign of them all. With a few manuals and mentors, she managed to learn the language. A born learner and early childhood teacher, costume donner, quirky habit haver, she embarked on yet another journey to write and publish children's books. When she's not teaching or writing, she can be found with her dude of dudes, and 'pretty kitty', Yukon, wearing cowboy boots in the city and climbing trees in the forest.

About the Illustrator

George Sweetland has always had the dream of becoming a published author and illustrator. Ever since he could hold a pencil or crayon, without the desire to eat one. He has been an elementary school teacher for 13 years and really started to understand the beauty and genius of children's picture books during his time as an educator. He has written/illustrated children's books for independent publications and for advertising. He loves observing his students everyday pick out books in the classroom or library that make them laugh and smile. He wants to achieve the same goals with his own stories and illustrations. For him it's about the love of creating. Writing and drawing bring him to his happy place and it would be amazing to be able to bring others there with him.
