Those charged with leading others too often operate in a silo, focusing only on what is in front of them, and doing what it takes to get through each day. Ministry and leadership are lonely places-but they don't have to be. Lead Deep, Inc., exists to build community among leaders, encouraging, supporting, and resourcing people with the understanding that we are truly better together.

This "Living Deep" devotional is evidence of that mission-a collection of voices of leaders within the church, all taking an opportunity to share their lives with each other in order to encourage, to edify, and to express their deep love for God and for each other.
