Ava is a young girl who has a grandma that is a superhero called Frotastic Wonder. Ava is excited to be Frotastic Wonder's protégé. Frotastic Wonder always teaches Ava how to speak positive to herself so that she will have strong self esteem.

Together they go on a mission to help a young girl name Sasha who cries on the playground after a boy made fun of her hair.
