ted, hard working IT Operations manager who received an offer to start in a dream company called CRN Design Canada. She was promised work life balance, women equality, and every Friday afternoon off in the new job. However, she ended up working on weekends and could not take her vacation days. We see throughout the story that this work was affecting her personal life and her health as well. Catherine coached her team members, led three different teams, and brought new ideas to the company. She thought she was impacting the company positively only to find out that the global management team had a hidden agenda. Throughout the story, Catherine introduces examples of six sigma, Lean, ITIL, Scrum, Kanban, outsourcing, DevOps, and Security.
