description

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

All of Raymond Chandler's short stories in one volume.

Chandler's works are some of the most influential in the crime literature genre. This volume sheds light on other great characters who have starred in the brilliant tales of the American storyteller, sometimes even appearing as Marlowe himself, as some editors in the past decided to change the heroes' names to that of the famous private detective.

For this edition, we have recovered the original identities set forth by Chandler, thus offering a total panorama of the author's wide creative spectrum. For this same reason, the volume incorporates his incursions into other subgenres such as fantasy and literary tales and gothic novels. In total, these twenty-six stories are twenty-six perfect entrances to a
universe where mystery and rawness, but also genius and wit go hand in hand.
