There is a legend in Clara's family, a curse which stalks the lives of all its members. When she decides to investigate the unknown origin of this dark legacy, she embarks on a quest that will take her back to the 18th century and the history of her ancestor, the IX Duchess of Osuna.

Dark and gloom over the death of several of her children, the Duchess takes refuge in the design of her garden, El Capricho, on the outskirts of the capital. In addition, she will commission six of Goya's darkest paintings, which she will display in her private rooms.
