God gave Suffragan Bishop Edward Courton a vision to transform the District 4 Prayer line into the NYS Prayer line.

Suffragan Bishop Courton's vision is taking root with much prayer, fasting, and seeking the Lord's council. Suffragan Bishop Courton's vision led him to the Diocesan of our great state, Bishop Kevin Dobbs; with his vision and with the blessings of Bishop Dobbs, he went into a time of consecration with God for the purpose of selecting District Prayer Leaders.
